Career Coaching
A job search should be strategic and aligned to your overall career goals. We work with you to assess those goals and help you to lay out a job search plan that will help you to achieve them. We will empower, motivate and help you to take the actions needed to get where you want to go.
Collateral Review
We will review your current resume and social profiles to ensure they are reflecting who you are and where you want to go. We will provide suggestions and guidance on how to improve your profile so recruiters will stop and look and hiring managers will see, in your profile, what they want in an employee.
Interview Preparation
We work with you to research the companies you are interested in and prepare for the questions recruiters may ask. We will conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to improve. In this day of video interviewing we will also provide you with feedback on your presence on screen.
